For: Managers, engineers or other supervisors responsible for final quality in a project

An in-depth study of the technical principles of QA/QC management. Participants will learn about each phase of the quality process from planning, to selection of a team and laboratory, to use of codes and standards, with emphasis on orderly completion of objectives. In addition, QA/QC management for each state of the process to project close-out will be covered in detail.

A multi-million dollar project will be used as the benchmark on how to achieve construction quality.
